Does the HPL also give me a different purchasing condition?

Indeed, as of the new HPL you also get a new HPL condition. However, your net purchase price will not change. It remains the same.

Will I pay more for Draka products?

No, your net purchase price remains exactly the same as your current net purchase price.

I get a lower purchasing condition, is this correct?

This is correct because the basic prices are reduced, so your purchasing condition is adjusted accordingly.

How much time will we get a new price list?

This is difficult to predict, but with the current BPL we have been able to work for 11 years.

Why a change on April 1 i.pv. January 1st?

An adjustment of the prices has a long lead time and a lot of preparation. Several market parties are involved in this. An adjustment at the beginning of 2022 was not feasible.

What does the gross price adjustment mean for Draka itself?

- Maintains calm and stability in prices in the market. - Draka prefers to promote an award magazine. This provides stability and clarity in the installation industry and therefore also for Draka itself.

What are the consequences for my outstanding quotations and ongoing projects?

This has no influence on current quotations and projects. The fact is that your Net prices do not change and therefore no problems occur.

What happens to current contracts for the longer term?

Example: We have concluded contracts with our customers for e.g. management and maintenance with a discount on the Draka price list. This discount will have to be adjusted. How can Draka help us with this? Answer: We can send a letter announcing the change and conversion formula to you or your contractual partner if desired.
