What are the properties of Draka TECSUN PV cable?

Draka TECSUN is a solar cable for PV installations, developed for connecting solar panels to converters. This PV cable is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.

The double rubber insulation makes this cable mechanically robust and chemically resistant. A special feature is that the cable can also be laid directly in the ground, provided it is protected against damage.

The installation cable can be used with standard plug connections, making it easy and quick to assemble.

EcoCable Label

It is currently difficult for installers and specifiers to determine how sustainable a cable product is. There are no specific, certified eco-labels for the cable industry. This slows down the sustainability and CO2 reduction of electrical installations. To meet the growing demand for proof of environmentally friendly products, parent company Prysmian Group has become the first cable manufacturer to develop its own EcoCable label for cabling.
